Bambu Lab PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyamide 6) is the industry benchmark filament for 3D printing functional firearm components, including Glock frames, AR-15 lower receivers, and PCC chassis. Carbon fiber chopped strands impart incredible tensile strength, virtually eliminate layer warping, and produce an exceptional matte black finish with imperceptible layer lines.

Key Technical Properties:

• Reinforcement: 20% Chopped High-Modulus Carbon Fiber
• Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT): 180°C (0.45 MPa)
• Recommended Nozzle Temp: 280°C – 300°C (Hardened Steel Required)
• Recommended Bed Temp: 80°C – 100°C with Engineering Plate
• Drying Requirement: 80°C for 8-12 hours in active dryer (AMS compatible)
